Terms And Conditions

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit, and at the quoted tariffs.

Breakfast is between 08:30 hrs – 10:00 hrs and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

The Windsor Hotel cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property.

Accounts must be paid in full on arrival.  Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, and should the accommodations not be re-let, the person who made this reservation with this establishment and whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the total cost of the reservation.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the Windsor Hotel.  The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

The Windsor Hotel reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

Surcharges may be applicable for one nights stay, single/under occupancy.

The Windsor Hotel cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of property or vehicles in the car park located at the rear of the hotel.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and cash payments. Please note a 3.75% surcharge applies to payments by credit card but 0% for debit cards.
